This is one of the best, and most custom parts of the process. We’ll research the location and competitors, and learn more about you and the story you want your property to tell. Then, with our team and any ideas from you, we’ll put together the conceptual direction for you to review.

You’re more than welcome to book a paid consultation to walk through the options between properties, and to get a rough idea of how we would approach the different spaces. We understand that you want to see the full vision before finalizing the sale.

The ideal time is just before or after purchasing the property, and before you’ve rented it out or listed it on Airbnb or any other platforms. If you need help finding a property that aligns with your vision, we’d be delighted to join the search and enlist our real estate expertise to find the best investment for you. This allows us to renovate and re-design the rental from the ground up before the first guest ever sets eyes on it. This also creates more success during the first listing days when your property won’t have reviews yet, and will need something beautiful and intriguing to encourage bookings without that social proof. Otherwise, we can pick a timeframe for an active rental, in which we’ll pause bookings, and go into your existing property to remodel it.
